For community organisations and frontline workers

Describe your problem. Get clear next steps.

Describe a situation in everyday language and receive relevant services, programs, research, and resources from a curated information base.

Instead of searching across disconnected directories and websites, users receive clear options, useful context, and suggested next steps.

How AshaWorks

Describe the situation in your own words

Community needs are often messy, incomplete, or difficult to categorise. Asha allows users to explain what is happening as they experience it, using everyday language. The system then begins identifying the likely issue, audience, location, urgency, and desired outcome behind the request.

Clarify what matters

Asha looks at the context behind the situation, including who is affected, where support is needed, what constraints exist, and what outcome the user is trying to achieve. This helps turn a broad or uncertain description into a more precise intelligence query.

Find services, resources, and pathways

Rather than returning a generic list of results, Asha identifies options that match the user’s need and context. This may include services, programs, organisations, training, research, resources, or delivery partners that could help move the situation forward.

Receive clear next steps

Asha provides prioritised recommendations, useful context, source visibility, and a practical sequence of actions. The goal is to help users understand their options, make informed decisions, and take the next step with greater clarity.

Complexity shouldn’t block action.

When young people have Across social systems, information exists, but it’s fragmented, inconsistent, and hard to interpret. Insight brings structure to that complexity, helping people move from uncertainty to action.

It enables faster decisions, better alignment, and more effective use of existing resources.
